So, tonight was supposed to have commenced a few well deserved days off for my wife and me, wherein we would take some day trips, go to a Red Sox game, relax. Instead, we are preparing to head across the state to where her family lives, as her mother has gone into the hospital. I can't say yet how significant the problem is. Significant enough to merit canceling our plans and heading out there ASAP, at any rate.

Hopefully all is well and I'll be back to Orble within a few days. In the meantime, stay safe everyone

Winston,
My heart goes out to you and M. I know how it is better than most to have loved ones on the other side of the state, it is not easy. Most days it's a-okay, but when times are rough I'm glad I just have to go from Exit 12 to Exit 3, let me tell you! Tyler and I both have friends/family scattered all over Hampshire County, Berkshire County, and Hampden County...only a few people actually live here with us in the 508.

Keep us posted, I know it's a tough time.
