She Just Doesn't Get It Does She?

Apparently Sarah Palin still thinks there is a chance that 'God' wants her to be President and has refused to rule out a future White House bid. Seemingly oblivious to the fact that pretty much the entire world is still blowing out a collective sigh of relief, Palin has this to say:
"You know, I have - faith is a very big part of my life. And putting my life in my creator's hands - this is what I always do," Palin said.
"I'm like, OK God, if there is an open door for me somewhere, this is what I always pray, I'm like, don't let me miss the open door. Show me where the open door is," she added.
"Even if it's cracked up a little bit, maybe I'll plough right on through that and maybe prematurely plough through it, but don't let me miss an open door.
"And if there is an open door in '12 or four years later, and if it is something that is going to be good for my family, for my state, for my nation, an opportunity for me, then I'll plough through that door."
She's like, OK God. And I'm like, OK Sarah, there is no open door because the people have slammed it shut in your face. How can I put this so that even someone who doesn't know that Africa is not a country can get it? Let me see, how about this? YOU SCARE THE SHIT OUT OF EVERYONE! You may have "rallied your base" and brought the homophobes and abortion obsessed wing nuts out of their closets but to pretty much everyone else who is even slightly to the left of Genghis Khan, you are a calamity and the last thing your nation or the world needs, not now, not four years from now, not eight years from now. I don't have to worry about more than eight years because by then you won't be a "MILF" anymore and even geeky, sex-deprived teenage boys won't find any redeeming features in you. Oh how the knife of sexism cuts both ways!
You had a good run Sarah but it's time to face the truth. It's not good looking back. The line has been drawn. Like Starship, I know we'll never find another girl like you. But unlike Starship, I know there is a good time for goodbyes. And that time is now. So, I'm like, OK Sarah, like, goodbye.

I saw Sarah's husband lurking in the background at the McCain concession speech, and I wasn't sure which figure disturbed me more.
Hey, I can live with the media coverage of her better now that Barack's face is all over the news already... I figure if I'm going to crush on him, I may as well enjoy it, and not fret about the unoriginality of it all.

I don't think she realises what this Obama victory means. It's a massive victory for the global left. Oh I don't believe for a second that he will govern from the left but I do think he will be a centrist with a few leftist policies thrown in. What this will signify is a subtle shift

p.s Morgan, you always find the best videos! I like how she has a dig at Obama (once again obviously failing to comprehend that the election is OVER and she can stop smearing him now), and then calls other people jerks! Hahaha. Sometimes I get the urge to feel sorry for her and then I see videos like that and I'm like, OK Sarah, just shut the fuck up.
